This Seaside neighborhood Multi-Family home with a private Studio + 2br/2ba house offers privacy, serenity, canyon views, and the Ocean within walking distance. This home is well equipped and has everything you could want within walking distance to the beach: 3 upgraded decks plus a fenced backyard featuring many updates and improvements, including luxury vinyl flooring, stainless appliances, granite in kitchens, dual-pane windows and sliders, ceiling fans, spa, a kid’s room and much more!
 

Main top floor – At first, the unassuming entrance mutes the thrill as you first walk in through the front door or garage. Next, prepare to be wowed by the vast expanse and multiple-level outdoor areas overlooking the canyon behind. The top/ground floor houses the main dining and gathering areas with table seating for 8 – plenty of space for friends and family to gather around to enjoy a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Charlie the Pelican is famous and you may even see him down at the Oceanside Pier! Make sure to grab a selfie with Goldy the Gorilla! The office on this floor provides privacy for you to tuck away for a conference call.

Bottom floor – Follow the stairs down to the bottom floor where you’ll find the movie lounge to cozy up for a new movie or games. The couch is so comfy, you might fall asleep! A kids’ room (No ADULTS!) under the stairs has games and puzzles suitable for all ages. The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed while the other room is equipped with a full-sized trundle bed plus a pull-out twin bed beneath. Each room comes with an overhead reading light for nightly reading or a smart tv to catch up on favorite shows. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, perfect for bath time after a long day at the beach.

Bottom floor (Private Studio) – Finally, head out past the hot tub and sun chairs and back around the side to the separate studio with queen bed #3 along with a pull-out sleeper couch. The studio encompasses a kitchenette, workspace, and full bathroom perfect for an additional couple or small family.

Deck #3 – Need a cozy space to socialize under the stars? Head down to the third deck furnished with outdoor seating in front of the fire pit. Stargaze and enjoy your complimentary S’mores kit that we hope you and yours will enjoy.

City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy

STR Guest Responsibilities:

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in the garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on the street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.

2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).

3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7 am and 10 pm.

4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10 pm and 10 am.

 
Other Things To Note

All kinds of bugs and roaches are common in the coastal region of Southern California and I do my best to keep them under control with traps and monthly preventative pest treatments, and sometimes they still find a way to make it onto my property and inside the house! If you encounter an issue, let me know and I will be happy to help! 🙂

 – Be respectful of the neighbors. No party policy per AirBnB and violators will be kicked out immediately if reported by neighbors.

-Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am.

-Do not tamper with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, or outdoor security cameras.

-Do not flush anything that has not passed through you first down the toilet.

-Do not send mail to the house without obtaining written permission first.

-No smoking in the house – You are welcome to smoke outside but please be mindful of open doors and wind (420 friendly).

-Contact me immediately if you have any issues with the house and do not try to resolve them yourself.

-Guests are subject to a $250 charge if rules are not followed.

-Additional service fees may apply as outlined below:

– $100-600 handyman charge

– $100-600 electrician charge

– $100-700 plumber charge

– Comparable replacement cost for damaged or missing items.
